Refund and Cancellation

Growthkul is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to offer clarity and protect both our clients and our agency.

  • 1. Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel services within 7 days of signing the contract. To do so, notify us in writing. Cancellations after this period may incur fees equivalent to the work completed.

  • 2. Refund Policy

    Refunds are issued under the following conditions: We use your information to deliver, maintain, and improve the services you request. If the service provided deviates significantly from the agreed-upon scope. If we are unable to deliver the project due to internal challenges. If technical errors from our side lead to unsatisfactory results, and we are unable to correct them.

  • 3. Refund Process

    Refund requests must be made within 14 days of project completion. Once a refund is requested, we will review the work against the original scope and discuss the issues with the client. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • 4. No Refunds

    Refunds will not be issued for services that are already approved by the client. If the project scope changes significantly after the work has commenced, any additional charges agreed upon will not be refunded.

  • 5. Modifications and Final Agreement

    All disputes and modifications related to refunds and cancellations must be documented and agreed upon by both parties.
